WELCOME
Dia duit:
Welcome to Kaylin's website, which was created especially for you by Linda Yoshida. I know that might sound a bit like a multiple personality disorder, but in reality,
Kaylin is my creative side and my avenue for taffy-pulling reality, painting rainbows, and adding bloom where there was gloom. In other words,
I'm a notorious Irish story teller who more than anything relishes a great, appreciative audience. So click back, relax, and enjoy the view.
Although you might notice that this page stays the same (aside from new Contest and give-away opportunities), the
NEWS/EVENTS page changes periodically with personal updates, book signing details, and travel photos.
Of course, there is also a
CONTACT and e-mail section where you're encouraged to send me whatever verbiage or reflections you'd like
to share - unless you're generating spam, in which case, please find someone else to drive batty.
And last - but not least - if you'd like to explore further, be sure to visit my Flaherty's Crossing website (
http://www.flahertyscrossing.com) where you'll find Book Club
Questions and information about Kaylin's Cause, a project that's near and dear to my heart.
Sláinte!
Read not to contradict and confute; nor to believe and take for granted;
nor to find talk and discourse; but to weigh and consider.
Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed,
and some few to be chewed and digested:
that is, some books are to be read only in parts,
others to be read, but not curiously, and some few
to be read wholly, and with diligence and attention.
